Location
Out in Hammersmith, Fulham, Westminster and Kensington areas, 3 days per week with hybrid working 20% - 40% from the reporting office in London, Stratford.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Salary
£37,451 to £41,045 per annum (London weighted salary), dependant on experience
About the Role
Join our North West London Housing Management Team at L&Q, one of the UK’s largest housing associations providing social and affordable homes to around 250,000 people primarily across Greater London. As a Neighbourhood Housing Lead, you will help deliver an excellent service for residents, supporting the Housing Management team to provide a reliable, repeatable, and consistent service. You will be key to improving resident satisfaction, building trust, and ensuring residents have a home they are happy in. You will be the primary relationship holder for residents living in your patch, which will cover approximately 500 – 600 homes aligned with local authority areas. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused team player who is motivated to make a positive impact in the community.

Experience
Proven track record of building relationships with people and effective communication with colleagues and residents. Demonstrable experience in a similar role is essential.

Willingness to challenge the business to achieve the best outcomes. Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage a complex workload and meet deadlines. Skilled in stakeholder management and engaging with a diverse customer base. Must have a valid driving licence and access to a car for work use.

The successful candidate will need to apply for or hold a Basic Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) certificate to work within the team.
