About the Role

Havering Adult Social Care is excited to offer an opportunity for three dedicated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapists to join our newly established virtual OT Hub. The post holders will work alongside various professionals to identify appropriate solutions that enable independent living, provide clinical supervision within the team and to lower grades where appropriate, and utilise specialist knowledge for interventions, needs and risk assessments, care planning, and safeguarding in line with Havering Safeguarding Adults policy and relevant legislation.
The role involves using a range of skills such as strengths-based and multi-agency interventions to bring about positive change through developing effective relationships and securing the best outcomes and interventions for service users and carers.
Experience
Qualified Occupational Therapist with broad knowledge of occupational therapy practice and relevant legislation. Experience working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and providing clinical supervision is essential.

Qualifications
Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Relevant occupational therapy qualifications and adherence to professional standards and safeguarding policies are required.
