As an Associate in the Chief Data and Analytics Office, you will support the day-to-day operations, governance, and business management of LLM Suite, our flagship GenAI application. You will work closely with product, engineering, and risk stakeholders to ensure LLM Suite operates reliably and responsibly. This role offers you the chance to manage multiple workstreams, improve processes, and operate in a fast-moving technology environment. Key responsibilities include supporting release coordination activities such as tracking milestones, dependencies, approvals, communications, and open risks; managing monthly billing processes including token spend analysis and usage reporting; assisting with stakeholder meeting preparation and follow-ups; responding to inquiries from control, compliance, legal, technology risk, and model risk stakeholders; managing operational intake requests and recommending improvements; supporting resiliency initiatives including documentation and testing coordination; troubleshooting access and entitlement issues; assisting with audit fact-finding and RFI responses; monitoring usage limits, spend caps, capacity needs, and subscription mapping; and maintaining application profile records for LLM Suite and related capabilities.

Experience
Strong experience in business management, operations, project management, risk and controls, technology governance, product operations, or a related role. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with large language models (LLMs), AI/ML technologies, and technology management processes. Experience with innovative technologies such as AI, Cloud services, and Digital Products is advantageous. Technical skills in Python, Alteryx, Tableau, or similar tools are preferred. A degree in a STEM field is desirable.
