The vacancy Your typical day could start managing the relevant Group Director(s)'s correspondence and diary including ensuring that e-mails, post and telephone calls are dealt with in a timely and effective manner. Then you might be supporting with the timely production of various documentation, including presentations and reports, before coordinating/scheduling meetings. You'll ensure agendas are prepared and distributed to relevant stakeholders. As a PA to Group Support Services Director you'll be the first point of contact acting as an ambassador for the Group Support Services Directorate. You'll support the teams with their workload with confidence, staying one step ahead and anticipating the needs of stakeholders. You'll be able to speak to people with a warm, inclusive and open manner in order to proactively promote positive 'one team' working across the Directorate and the wider business. With a particular focus on immersing yourself within the business, understanding the work of the directorate and the organisational structures in place, you'll actively work with multiple stakeholders at varying levels as well as be extremely organised, with highly attuned planning and problem-solving skills, and experienced to operate in a busy environment with competing demands. You're a people person who likes to get things done. You'll enjoy working collaboratively with other teams and you're first rate at building meaningful relationships across the business to enable you to find creative solutions to issues. You'll need to be in the office for x days per week and the remaining time you'll be able to work remotely. Your role covers all aspects of providing a comprehensive and efficient personal assistance and administrative support.
