About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Freelance Affiliate Manager to lead and grow the UK affiliate programmes for Tatcha and Murad. This hands-on role requires someone who understands how to build high-performing affiliate programmes, develop strong publisher and creator relationships, and drive incremental affiliate revenue. You will take ownership of the day-to-day management and growth of the programmes, working closely with internal teams and external affiliate partners to identify opportunities, improve performance, and deliver against commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Programme Management
Own the day-to-day management and optimisation of the Tatcha and Murad affiliate programmes. Develop and execute affiliate strategies aligned with revenue and e-commerce objectives. Manage Tatcha’s ShopMy influencer programme, overseeing creator relationships, product seeding and gifting, affiliate link activity, creator campaigns and partnerships, performance tracking and reporting, and identify opportunities to optimise creator-driven sales and revenue. Manage affiliate networks/platforms including programme setup, tracking, commission structures and promotions. Monitor programme health, performance and partner activity. Ensure affiliate activity aligns with brand guidelines and commercial priorities.
Revenue & Growth
Identify and implement opportunities to increase affiliate revenue, orders and conversion. Develop strategies to grow existing high-performing partners and recruit new affiliates. Analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Build promotional and trading plans around key retail moments, product launches and seasonal campaigns. Test commission structures, incentives, placements and other initiatives to maximise incremental revenue. Track and report against KPIs, providing clear recommendations for future growth.
Partner & Publisher Management
Proactively recruit and onboard relevant publishers, affiliates, content partners and creators. Build strong relationships with key affiliate partners and negotiate opportunities, placements and commercial terms. Manage affiliate communications, campaigns and promotional calendars. Identify emerging publishers and partnership opportunities within beauty, skincare, luxury and lifestyle. Reactivate dormant or underperforming partners where there is potential for growth.
Reporting & Optimisation
Provide regular performance reporting across both brands. Track KPIs including revenue, orders, conversion rate, AOV, commission costs, partner contribution and ROI. Use data and insights to continually optimise the programmes. Present clear performance updates and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with e-commerce, digital marketing, CRM, social, PR (in-house for Tatcha, external agency for Murad), influencer and brand teams to maximise affiliate opportunities. Coordinate affiliate activity around product launches, campaigns and key trading periods. Ensure partners have access to relevant assets, messaging, products and promotional information.
