About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join L&Q's Major Works team and play a key role in delivering high-profile projects that improve residents' homes and communities. You will work on complex, multi-million-pound programmes that directly impact customer satisfaction, building safety, and the quality of housing stock. Within a collaborative and supportive environment, you will lead meaningful change, drive innovation, and influence how major works projects are delivered across the organisation.

You will report to the Senior Partnership Manager and ensure all programmes and work streams are delivered to a high standard, within budget and time frame, to achieve high customer satisfaction. Projects may include planned maintenance works such as kitchen and bathroom renewals, external works including roof renewals, windows and doors, as well as M&E works and complex projects.

As a Partnership Manager, you will lead the delivery of major works projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Acting as the key link between residents, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, you will drive project performance, manage risks, oversee budgets, and champion an excellent resident experience. Your leadership will help deliver value for money, strengthen partnerships, and support L&Q's strategic objectives.

Early applications are encouraged as the recruitment process may close earlier than stated. Interview dates are scheduled for Friday 18th September 2026 via MS Teams.
