This is a full time (37.5 hours per week) permanent position. A capable and confident writer, you'll lead on developing guidance and toolkits that reflect our values, enhance colleague experience and meet our legal obligations. Working collaboratively with colleagues in the people team, leaders, and others across the organisation, you will help deliver practical, people-focused solutions. Overview of the role: - Assist the head of people policy so all people policies and guidance are fresh, relevant and legal - Research employment law changes and best practice to keep the people team well informed and engaged - Improve to our intranet content and keep it current - Draft policy, guidance and comms content and curate newsletters - Manage policy governance tasks including our archive of documents - Work with people team colleagues to make everything we do joins up and works well for our managers - Champion our values and vision for belonging in all aspects of the role and in any resources we produce - Produce ‘easy read’ information for colleagues with a learning disability Whilst previous experience of working in HR role and some knowledge of UK employment law would be a bonus - we'd love you to tell us how your other experience and skills could still make you a great candidate?
