Description
This role: We are recruiting for a Planned Programme Surveyor (full-time fixed-term for 6 months) who will ultimately have surveying responsibility for all assets within the north London region. Duties will include but will not be limited to the following; Responsible for the verification / approval of all PRR (Planned Replacement Requests) from Repairs and other departments within the business Responsible for the investigation and outcome reporting of complaints within the region. Attend site and deal with complex planned complaints, escalations and validations To provide support and carrying out stock condition surveys within a region to ensure asset lifecycle replacements are maintained whilst ensuring value for money for the regions portfolio Attend resident meetings for consultation purposes providing detailed feedback To carry out sample validation/auditing on external consultant stock condition surveys To carry out pre-condition surveys (and where applicable post-inspection surveys) To work across multiple stakeholders including Consultation & Commercial, Procurement teams as part of the S20 consultation process Assist Head of Planned Investment and Senior Planned Investment & Data Manager with the development of the annual planned programme Communication of projects to internal and external stakeholders ensuring all key stakeholders are kept informed of annual programmes and changes to programme To ensure all activities are in full compliance with all legal, regulatory and financial requirements Ensure stock condition and planned works information relating to buildings and complete works are updated on asset management database to allow accurate assessment of component age, condition and remaining life To meet our commitment to providing safe, high quality services to our customers we will complete a basic background check with the Disclosure and Barring service, once an offer of employment is made.
