This role leads and inspires the Reporting Centre of Excellence within the Merchandise Operations department of Global Planning, managing key Seasonal Open to Buy (OTB) Framework processes. Acting as an ambassador for Burberry, you will foster a culture of simplification, innovation, collaboration, and drive excellence.

You will be accountable for creating and maintaining a Reporting Centre of Excellence, ensuring data integrity to meet business needs, and managing the Framework Open to Buy process, including setting parameters for completion and critical path management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a centre of excellence for uniform In-season and Market reporting across categories, regions, and seasons.
- Build systems expertise and collaborate closely with IT and wider business teams to evolve commercial reporting and support Burberry’s Data Visualisation strategy.
- Develop offline In-season and Market reporting to provide commercial insights linked directly to key business strategies, translating complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives.
- Map out the Reporting Calendar to ensure timely availability of insights at critical moments throughout the year.
- Manage tools, templates, and historical data provision consistently across regions and divisions for planning.
- Oversee the critical path and inputs to regional planning teams for the Collection Open to Buy Framework.
- Consolidate Regional Open to Buy Frameworks into a global view.
- Lead and manage direct reports, communicating strategic objectives and providing day-to-day direction, decision-making, problem solving, and guidance.

Requirements

Experience
- Strong background in Retail Performance reporting with experience in creating and standardising business reporting frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Retail Reporting and Planning systems and associated data structures.
- Demonstrated experience managing a planning team in a fast-paced commercial luxury environment.
- Advanced Excel skills required; experience with SAP is advantageous.
