About the Role
At JPMorgan Chase, we launched Chase UK to revolutionise mobile banking by delivering seamless journeys that customers love. As a Platform Product Manager and Vice President of Product within the International Consumer Bank, you will work in a flat-structure organisation focused on building the bank of the future with a start-up mentality. You will own the platform product strategy and roadmap for developer experience, including observability, documentation portals, and more. Your role involves deeply understanding developer needs through discovery methods such as interviews, telemetry, support tickets, and community feedback, translating pain points into prioritized initiatives. You will define and manage product requirements for platform capabilities including APIs, SDKs, CLI tools, documentation, workflows, and governance guardrails with clear success metrics. Partnering closely with platform engineering and SRE teams, you will deliver reliable, secure, and scalable platform services with strong operational posture. Driving adoption and usability by reducing onboarding friction, improving time-to-first-deploy, standardizing developer workflows, and enhancing documentation and enablement will be key responsibilities. Balancing enablement with controls, you will collaborate with security, risk, and compliance stakeholders to embed guardrails without degrading developer velocity. Using data to make informed decisions, you will define KPIs, instrument the product, and run experiments. You will communicate and align stakeholders across engineering, architecture, security, and business leadership by creating clear narratives, tradeoffs, and sequencing. Experience
7+ years in product management or equivalent, with significant experience in platform products, infrastructure, or developer tooling. Proven track record building products for developers such as internal platforms, SDKs, APIs, CLIs, developer portals, frameworks, or runtime tooling. Experience running discovery and prioritization with multiple stakeholder groups and competing priorities. Strong technical background comfortable discussing distributed systems, APIs, CI/CD, cloud/container platforms, observability, identity/access, and SDLC best practices.

Qualifications
Preferred experience includes building platform and technical products, familiarity with B2B SaaS business models, and operating products in regulated environments with embedded security and audit requirements. Background as a software engineer, SRE, solutions architect, or technical program manager prior to product management is advantageous.
