What we’re looking for: Are you an experienced manager who can support and empower their team to deliver great results? Do you have expert knowledge of leasehold/shared ownership and homeowner property sales transactions? Are you experienced with the conveyancing process from reservation to completion? Do you have an understanding of leasehold law and regulations? Are you able to deliver service improvements and customer services initiatives whilst driving value for money? If so, this role is perfect for you! Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Post Sales Manager on a Permanent basis at our Westminster Bridge Road office. A bit about the role: As a Post Sales Manager, you will take the lead of effective line management and ongoing appraisal of Senior Post Sales Executives. Lead the delivery and sale of Shared Ownership Resales, Staircasing and retirement housing for sale to meet Peabody’s objectives within set SLA’s and budgets whilst providing great customer experience. Oversee the marketing and subsequent sale of such products. Lead quarterly sales activation campaigns to optimise income from staircasing receipts to achieve and exceed income targets. Some of the key results for the role include: Assist the Head of Sales Operations with the delivery of Post Sales function in line with performance targets, governance and legislation whilst maximising income and prioritising the customer experience during property transactions. Effectively and proactively manage, motivate, provide direction and support to the Post Sales team. Lead the team in dealing with Shared Ownership Resales. Responding and driving sales to make sure that they are concluded within set SLA’s. Oversee all Staircasing, London Living Rent and Rent to Home Buy transactions. Closely monitor the progress of sales, initiating and implementing improvements where necessary to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded. In collaboration with Marketing, deliver innovative solutions and sales activation campaigns that educate leaseholders of the benefits to Staircasing and drive Staircasing income. A minimum of 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office is required.
