As Principal Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping Kantar’s strategic vision by leading the adoption and direction of our Dynamics 365 platform. Your work will directly influence the success of our technology transformation, driving operational efficiency, innovation, and client satisfaction across the organisation.
You will oversee the design, delivery, and global operation of the platform, managing product teams operating Project Operations, CRM, and Finance. Collaborating closely with technology, operations, and product teams, your efforts will ensure our systems support business goals and empower teams company-wide, making you a key contributor to Kantar’s continued growth and excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the vision, roadmap, and backlog for the Microsoft Dynamics Platform
- Defining and driving strategies that support stakeholder needs
- Acting as the internal champion for Dynamics 365, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices
- Partnering with product teams to gather and prioritise business requirements
- Translating user needs into clear product requirements and functional designs
- Aligning platform development with departmental metrics
- Managing and prioritising the platform backlog, enhancements, and integrations
- Working with IT, developers, and vendors to ensure successful feature delivery and adoption
- Continuously evaluating and improving workflows, dashboards, automation rules, and customer touchpoints
- Promoting a data-driven culture by ensuring high-quality data and encouraging adoption of reporting and analytics tools

Experience
- Proven expertise managing ERP platforms, especially Dynamics 365 or similar systems
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 modules including Finance, Sales, Customer Insights, Project Operations or comparable suites
- Practical familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) to optimise and automate business processes
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and deliver impactful improvements through agile methodologies, backlog management, and sprint planning
- Adaptability and resilience working in fast-evolving environments, with a passion for driving platform adoption and leading post-launch improvement initiatives
