About the Role
Private Wealth Management (PWM) secures, develops and manages relationships with high net worth individuals, their families, family offices and foundations. PWM assists clients with building and preserving their financial wealth by creating and implementing long-term asset allocation within the context of each client’s particular risk tolerance, and by providing access to innovative investment ideas and opportunities. PWM professionals develop customized investment strategies and offer a full array of wealth management products and services, including private banking and trust company services.

The Equity Structuring team within PWM is seeking a cross-asset trading and structuring analyst or associate. The team consists of product specialists who provide investment ideas and trade execution in cross-asset derivatives and structured investments, as well as delivering scalable trading solutions and platforms within the Private Wealth Management business.

As a cross-asset trader/structurer, your role will focus on structuring, pricing, executing and advising on customized securitized derivatives investments on behalf of clients, helping drive growth in a versatile cross-asset business. This role combines technical market expertise with solving complex financial goals for clients. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, strong communication skills, and client service are essential to maintaining and enhancing the PWM EMEA business.

Key Responsibilities
- Structure, price and execute complex securitized cross-asset derivatives transactions for PWM clients
- Collaborate with clients and Private Wealth Advisors to brainstorm, price and present strategic and thematic investment ideas
- Manage external dealer relationships to enhance the cross-asset platform’s value to clients
- Take ownership of the trade lifecycle including pre- and post-trade processes and analyses
- Work independently and collaboratively across group functions and regional offices
- Liaise with Compliance, Legal, Operations and Management on various projects
- Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to platform expansion and new product introductions
- Learn and work alongside experienced Product Specialists, Portfolio Managers, and Investment Advisors

Experience
- Strong interest in global financial markets
- Preferably 1-3 years’ experience in structured products, derivatives sales, structuring or trading
- Prior derivatives experience preferred but not essential
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
