About the Role
Shape the future of product delivery while crafting solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences. As a Fusion Product Delivery Associate within JPMorganChase's Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO), you will lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders on firmwide data, machine learning, and AI projects. The CDAO is responsible for building enterprise-scale, cutting-edge platforms for Data Management, Analytics, and AI/ML Operations used across the firm. You will oversee the strategic direction and execution of complex initiatives, driving innovation and ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include setting and executing strategic direction for data-driven projects, managing resources and timelines, leading data management initiatives focused on data lineage and regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of innovation. You will engage senior leadership, develop comprehensive roadmaps, and represent the CDAO function in executive forums, advocating for data-driven transformation across multiple lines of business.

Experience
Significant experience in product delivery, project or program management with a strong focus on data management, especially data lineage and data controls, within financial services. Demonstrated exposure to BCBS regulatory requirements. Proven ability to manage complex, firmwide strategic initiatives and deliver results in a fast-moving environment.

Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills with excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. Autonomous and pragmatic, able to independently drive initiatives while maintaining effective reporting. Tech-savvy with familiarity in data architecture, data flow methodologies (e.g., APIs), and interpreting technical documentation such as Swagger pages. Fast learner, adaptable, and comfortable working on high-impact programs. Passionate about innovation and emerging technologies, particularly AI.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required; Master's degree or MBA preferred. Recognized thought leader in data management or financial services is a plus. Familiarity with centralized CDAO operations is advantageous.
