About the Role
Meta Product Managers collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists, and researchers to build innovative products. This role focuses on leading a product area by defining success metrics, prioritizing product challenges, and identifying optimal strategies aligned with organizational goals. You will adapt and refine strategies based on learnings and product changes, critically evaluate when AI is the right solution for user problems, and clearly articulate tradeoffs and risks.

You will translate AI capabilities into compelling product visions grounded in real user value and develop AI-native strategies including evaluation and data strategies that enable iteration and measurable quality improvements. Leveraging AI for deep market research, user feedback synthesis, and competitive analysis will be key to identifying new opportunities.

Working with a cross-functional team, you will define product roadmaps, drive progress against goals and milestones, and resolve challenges while maintaining team health. You will reimagine workflows by responsibly using AI tools to increase personal and team velocity, foster a culture of rapid experimentation and learning around AI-powered product development, and scale AI best practices and proficiency across product teams.

Mentorship and coaching of other Product Managers and cross-functional team members on AI-native practices will be part of your responsibilities. You will coordinate proactively across partner functions, structure shared roadmaps for optimal outcomes, and orchestrate complex execution across multiple workstreams by combining AI automation with appropriate human oversight.

Clear communication of product strategy and progress to all stakeholders is essential. You will use AI-enabled tools to prototype, validate, and ship tangible product artifacts independently, interpret research and state-of-the-art learnings to design product strategy, and apply logical reasoning.

Understanding system and architecture trade-offs and their impact on user experience and business priorities is critical, as is engaging credibly with engineering partners on constraints and decisions. You will design experiments, interpret results leveraging AI to accelerate analysis, and turn insights into concrete decisions. Defining and running evaluations to interpret model outputs and adjust execution based on learnings will be treated as a first-class product practice.
