About the Role
LSEG Digital Identity is one of the fastest-growing product families within London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), enabling trust and identity verification for high-profile institutions worldwide. Our portfolio consists of a cutting-edge stack that underpins mission-critical onboarding and compliance workflows for global institutions. As a Product Manager in the Digital Identity team, you will focus on driving business impact through data, shaping decisions, uncovering opportunities, and improving outcomes across our products and customer journeys. You will act as a bridge between customers, engineering, sales, and commercial teams, ensuring insights translate into measurable value.
Your responsibilities will include owning high-impact problems from question to outcome: framing business or customer questions, analysing them, recommending actions, and tracking results. You will build a clear, shared view of product and customer requirements across the digital identity portfolio, design and implement efficient business processes to support the customer journey and other internal and external needs, and define success metrics for product changes and investments to measure their impact. You will use experimentation, design thinking, and modelling where appropriate, and partner with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations leadership to build high-impact roadmaps, operational processes, and go-to-market decisions. Additionally, you will work with data and platform teams to drive decision quality.
Joining LSEG means being part of a dynamic organisation of 25,000 people across 65 countries, where innovation, quality, and continuous improvement are valued. We are committed to sustainability and diversity, and offer a collaborative and creative culture that encourages new ideas. Our values of Integrity, Partnership, Excellence, and Change underpin everything we do.
