We are embarking on a significant programme as part of our Engineering Strategy to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Architecture Governance processes. This role focuses on applying technology, including AI, to streamline governance and ensure high design quality across LSEG products.

The Engineer, Architecture Governance will define and build next-generation governance processes using AI and low/no code platforms such as Microsoft PowerApps. You will operate these processes, provide training, run senior forums, and promote engineering governance and quality standards across the enterprise. This is a critical role that offers the opportunity to directly influence LSEG’s engineering governance capabilities and support our position as a leading provider of financial industry solutions.

Requirements

Experience
Strong background in software engineering and/or architecture.
Experience with PowerApps development.
Proven ability to apply emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance governance capabilities.
Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to solving complex challenges.
Effective communication and stakeholder leadership skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to respond quickly to operational issues and seek feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
