This role reports onsite in our London office. We are seeking a committed and hardworking Production Coordinator to join our Production team, available to start immediately. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, able to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic environment, with a proven interest in the animation production process and a willingness to learn and grow within the team.

Key responsibilities include providing assistance on the production of a 2D animation series, supporting the Producer with clear and timely communication across the team, maintaining production tracking documents, and organising digital asset archives accurately. The role also involves supporting day-to-day tasks such as research, administration, file management, and assisting with pre-production and production processes across a wide range of projects and brands.

Experience
Previous experience in Animation Production is desirable. Experience working with digital content across multiple projects and brands is an advantage.

About you
Proficient in Google products including Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Familiarity with Photoshop and Premiere is desirable. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. Ability to complete tasks accurately while working to strict deadlines. Active engagement with the creative aspects of projects. Excellent communication skills. Self-motivated and a collaborative team player.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications are explicitly required, but relevant experience and skills in animation production and digital tools are preferred. A willingness to learn and develop within the industry is essential.
