This Role
An opportunity to join an exciting and thriving Progression Team. The role entails delivering shared ownership and private sale targets and ensuring the delivery of a consistent customer-focused journey. Progressing sales from offer accepted stage through to completion, demonstrating initiative, enhanced skillset and excellent customer service. Working with external stakeholders and internal departments through various remits.

Experience
Knowledge of intermediate housing and private sale products
Experience in client relationship management
Experience in Shared Ownership and Private Sale Homes
Proven experience of delivering excellent customer care
Proven experience of using CRM and IT systems

About You
Flexible to work across other offices, mainly Twickenham
Able to demonstrate good understanding of property conveyancing and sales transactions
Excellent attention to detail
Organisational skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Educated to A Level standard or similar high-level qualification, with numeric literacy
