Full Time - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, predominantly 9:00am to 5:30pm with some flexibility required including occasional weekend work

About the Role
Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH) is seeking a skilled and experienced Local Housing Manager to provide excellent housing and estate services to shared owners and leaseholders within a defined geographical patch. As the front-facing representative of MTVH, you will coordinate internal and external services to meet the diverse needs of our customers, delivering high-quality services both individually and locally. This role involves spending three days per week on-site and two days in-house at the Canalside Office, with some home working. You will manage relationships with Local Authorities and other Housing Association partners, and act as the point of contact for customers regarding anti-social behaviour complaints, estate services, tenancy management, tenancy enforcement, and resident involvement. Flexibility with working hours is essential to support local initiatives and occasional weekend work.

Experience
- Proven experience working in a social housing setting is essential
- Experience dealing with customers presenting complex or challenging needs
- Strong administration skills including managing inboxes and reporting
- Experience in tenancy management, tenancy enforcement, and handling ASB complaints
- Ability to self-manage a varied and demanding workload, prioritising and organising effectively
