What we’re looking for: Do you have experience working in a Housing or Asset Management role for at least 2 years? Are you able to work with external partners including Agents, Auctioneers and Solicitors? Are you computer literate with an understanding of asset management and housing management systems? Do you have a broad understanding of different valuation techniques? Do you have a good knowledge of full options appraisal techniques? If so, this role is perfect for you! Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Project Manager - Strategic Assets on a Permanent basis at our Westminster Bridge Road office. A bit about the role: As a Project Manager - Strategic Assets, you will assist in creating a new asset performance model, which will create a priority index to identify assets that require a full options appraisal. Some of the key results for the role include: Carrying out options appraisals on poor performing housing stock. Making and and supporting recommendations for best use of assets, whether that be retain, dispose, change of tenure, redevelopment opportunities etc Collaborating with the Empty Homes team to be aware of properties becoming empty, whilst having close working relationships with Managing Directors within Operations. Working as part of a team on asset rationalisation projects. Proactively managing voids data to review and identify prospective disposals each week This role will require a UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle. A minimum of 1 to 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office is required.
