The role is a flexible working role, with some travel as required across England, Wales and Northern Ireland. What will you do as a Property Manager? - Being a good communicator is key as you will be in contact with a multitude of stakeholders across the organisation. - You will also be interacting with colleagues across the Property and Housing Management teams along with colleagues in the Personal Services and Retail directorates. - We require good written and verbal communication as you will be meeting with people face to face, but with remote working as well via Teams and phone. - Understand our current approach to compliance and reactive repairs, analysis of current supplier relationships and contracts. - You will review the current statutory compliance reports in order to assess whether or not they are at the required standard and to identify any compliance gaps. - You will ensure that Health and Safety is given a high priority and regularly observed through the provision of reporting. - Identify improvements in Health & Safety procedures across FM and property compliance activity. What is needed for the Property Manager role? - Demonstrable, sound technical knowledge built up through working in a care home or housing provider / supported living sector - Either CIFWM or MRICS in Building Surveying or Property Management - Experience of working in a similar client-side role for a nationwide company with a multi-site mixed use portfolio - Minimum 5 years PQE - Understanding of the CDM Regulations Plus much more as detailed within the job description.
