About the Role
Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused housing management service at a new development in Colindale, North West London. The site consists of approximately 300+ affordable homes at the Colindale Gardens development within the London Borough of Barnet. Your role will be to take full ownership and accountability for the new development at Colindale Gardens, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard and meet all contractual and compliance requirements. This role offers remote working with regular site visits.

Experience
A good understanding and knowledge of Affordable rent unit management, residential lettings and the property industry. Experience of working in front line Housing Management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all property management functions, including void turnarounds, inventory management, and check-out appointments. Address and manage anti-social behavior cases, conduct regular estate inspections, manage residential compliance, monitor the performance of contractors, and respond to tenant and client inquiries.

Qualifications
Be able to perform a whole range of housing management, including voids, sign ups, estate inspections and reporting repairs. Excellent work and diary management skills.
