We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Services and Health & Safety Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents by managing property services and health & safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Health & Safety:
Collate and maintain all Health & Safety related records, including accident/incident databases, safety monitoring data, risk assessments, audits, and reports. Assist in Health and Safety Audits as required.
Facilities & Asset Management:
Maintain up-to-date Insurances, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments for Suppliers/Contractors. Act as the main contact for insurance inspections, coordinating site visits and filing inspection reports. Liaise with Fire Consultants for Fire Risk Assessments and manage statutory compliance documentation.
Finance Tasks:
Raise orders for Suppliers, process Property & Health and Safety related invoices, and manage utilities related invoices and queries.
Personnel Tasks:
Process holiday, overtime, and expenses for staff, ensuring timely payment and access to uniform and PPE.
Administration:
Manage hard copy documents, coordinate team meetings and training sessions, attend meetings, and perform various administrative tasks as needed.
Experience
Proven experience in property management or facilities administration is ideal. Familiarity with health & safety regulations in the care sector is highly desirable.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
