About the Role
We are looking for a Regional Education Manager - International to join our K18 team. This role focuses on providing education, support, problem-solving and leading by inspiration within Hair Care. You will help deliver the best possible experience for stylists and customers using K18 products, making a meaningful difference in the professional and retail communities.
As Regional Education Manager, you will support international markets across EMEA and APAC, leading the implementation of K18 education programmes. Through clear, authentic, and well-organised education, you will strengthen brand understanding, support sales growth, and uphold K18’s values with both professional and retail partners.
Key responsibilities include leading engaging education that communicates the brand’s biotech and biomimetic philosophy, implementing education activities in liaison with the Director of International Education, promoting and delivering K18 education programmes including in-person education, trade shows and events, and facilitating training for market sales consultants, educators, store employees, and salon partners.
You will also schedule, manage, and track all facilitated programmes to measure success and identify growth opportunities, act as a key partner in the development and growth of international education, and carry out other tasks aligned with your expertise to support business operations.

Experience
- Licensed and experienced hair stylist
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience educating on haircare products
About you
- Additional language skills preferred but not mandatory (Spanish, Italian, German or French advantageous)
- Able to travel up to approximately 50% of the time
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organised, agile and adaptable
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail
- Proactive and comfortable taking initiative
- Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Works effectively both independently and as part of a team
