About the Role
Vitabiotics, the UK’s No.1 vitamin company and a pioneer in nutritional healthcare for over 50 years, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (Africa & LATAM) to join our innovative and diverse team. This role is responsible for leading, developing, and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and customer satisfaction within the assigned regions. You will oversee regional sales operations, manage key customer relationships, and ensure alignment with global business goals while adapting to local market conditions.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and implementing export sales strategies to exceed regional sales targets and expand into new international markets.
2. Conducting competitive analysis and market intelligence to inform product positioning, launches, and market entry.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and healthcare professionals.
4. Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and product registration.
5. Collaborating with marketing teams to drive country-specific marketing activation plans and promotional campaigns.
6. Leading product presentations, training, and education sessions for healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
7. Monitoring sales performance, providing forecasts, and reporting to senior leadership.
8. Working cross-functionally with technical, marketing, nutrition, and training teams.
9. Regular international travel for market development, customer engagement, and promotional activities.

Experience
- Extensive experience in international sales and export management, preferably within pharmaceutical, FMCG, healthcare, or nutrition industries.
- Proven track record in commercial sales, business development, and marketing activation.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, terminology, and experience working with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

- Strategic thinker with strong sales and business development acumen.
- Ability to implement effective sales, marketing, and medical promotional plans through distributors.
- Fluent in English; fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is highly advantageous.
- Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field; MBA preferred.
