About the Role

In this role, you will manage the repairs, maintenance, refurbishments, and voids across Southwark’s extensive garage portfolio. You will conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with non-residential tenancy agreements and lead on stock condition monitoring, organising timely repairs or major works. You will oversee service and maintenance contracts to guarantee compliance, quality, and safety.

Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with internal teams across the council to resolve issues and improve service delivery. You will also drive performance against budgets and targets, ensuring value for money and efficiency.

Experience
- Substantial relevant experience in repairs, maintenance, contracts, and voids management.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Fire Safety in non-residential properties.

Qualifications
