About the Role
As a Reservations Agent, you will manage new and existing individual room reservations through telephone, email, and website channels. You will anticipate guest needs and proactively provide solutions to ensure their expectations are not only met but exceeded. You will monitor booking channels closely to maximise revenue and identify sales opportunities. Working closely with corporate clients, bookers, and agents, you will facilitate seamless communication with the Front Office and Restaurant Teams to enhance the guest experience. Additionally, you may be required to step in for the Reservations Supervisor or Manager when needed, contributing to a smooth and efficient reservations operation.

Experience
Previous experience in hotel reservations is preferred but not mandatory. We value how you contribute to the team and will provide training to equip you with all the knowledge needed about hotel reservations.

- Proficiency in another language is a plus (French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch).
- Comfortable using computers and communicating on the phone.
