The vacancy Are you experienced in managing Houses of Multiple Occupancy and working closely with residents to maintain high service standards? Are you an excellent communicator who can adapt their style to different audiences? We're looking for a Resident Services Officer to manage a portfolio of bed spaces across four schemes in central London, primarily serving key workers in shared accommodation. You'll focus on providing a responsive, resident-focused housing and re-housing service, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality outcomes for residents. You'll take responsibility for letting rooms by conducting viewings and inspections, and work closely with the Allocations Officer In this role, you'll support income maximization by working collaboratively with other teams, ensuring correct rent charges and compliant tenancy agreements for annual rent increase. You'll address anti-social behaviour and tenancy issues fairly, aiming for practical resolutions and work with the Community Safety team for tenancy breaches requiring legal action. You'll manage contractors and suppliers on-site, ensuring value for money and resolving performance issues promptly, and regularly inspect health and safety compliance and maintain records for audits. To be successful in this role, you will be on site daily.
