Description
As an organised, detail orientated analyst with an interest in new build homes across London and the Home Counties, you will play a key role helping to achieve Peabody’s strategic targets. By providing market insight and delivering strategic reports that identify opportunities and risks, you will help to maximise sales rates and revenue across our new build portfolio. As a Residential Market Intelligence Analyst, you’ll have experience in sales valuations, research and analysis allowing you to collaborate with the Regional Head of Sales and Marketing to influence and inform sales strategies. You’ll be able to collate and interpret market data in a detailed and concise manner in a target driven environment. You’re a people person who likes to get things done. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with other teams and you’re first rate at building meaningful relationships across the business.
You’ll need to be in the office for 3 days per week and the remaining time you’ll be able to work remotely.
Working across our existing portfolio, you’ll proactively monitor the performance of schemes against the pricing strategy once launched. Often liaising with external consultants to ensure that pricing is competitive and in line with business expectations.
You’ll prepare research reports using multiple sources of data for the Senior Leadership Team on a variety of topics from new policy changes to site acquisition reports to internal data analysis and recommendations.
