Description
Your typical day could start with you liaising with contractors on defect resolutions, before you attend face to face visits with customers, assisting with any issues raised. Then you might be attending sites to look at problematic defects and carry out End of Defects period inspections for our customers. As a Resolution Coordinator you’ll be the ‘face of Peabody’ and no one day is the same. You’ll be the key point of contact for customers for the resolution of any queries post occupation. With a particular focus on managing contractor performance on defects, ensuring all cases follow through to resolution. You’re a people person who likes to get things done. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with other teams and you’re first rate at building meaningful relationships across the business to enable you to find creative solutions to issues. You’ll need to be in the office for one day per week and the remaining time you’ll on site or working remotely. Your role covers all aspects of defect resolution – everything from working with project managers, housing management and resident liaison staff to ensure high quality communication with residents. If you’re passionate about delivering the best service to customers, we want to hear from you.
