About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Latent Defects Coordinator to join our Planned Major Projects team. You’ll play a key part in delivering a responsive and customer-focused service, liaising with contractors, internal teams, and residents to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career in a technical housing role, with scope to develop your knowledge of construction and complex building defects.
As a Latent Defects Coordinator, you’ll support defect remediation programmes by managing referrals, arranging meetings and site visits, and maintaining accurate records and reports. You will liaise with residents to provide updates and address their concerns, while working closely with colleagues across the business to coordinate responses and gather technical documentation. You’ll manage databases, monitor inboxes, process purchase orders, and assist with preparing reports and presentations. Your role is central to ensuring residents receive excellent service and that defect resolution processes run smoothly.
You will be required to attend our Westminster Bridge Road office 1 day a week, plus one day either in our offices, with residents or on site with your project team.
