Description
The vacancy As an experienced leader, you'll manage a team of Resolution Coordinators, ensuring the operational day-to-day management of customer relationships. With knowledge of defects resolution and a passion for construction and new build housing, you'll enjoy developing and maintaining robust relationships with clients, and ensure contractors work to service level agreements and employers' requirements. With sound commercial business awareness, knowledge of end of defects and defects liability periods, and an understanding of HSE compliance, you'll be driven by getting the best performance out of your team. With a region covering South London, Essex and Home Counties, you'll occasionally visit sites as well as attending the office for a minimum of one day per week. Your analytical mind and problem-solving skills will drive you to enhance our customer statistics and look for ways to improve our service delivery and customer satisfaction. You'll be an effective communicator who can work collaboratively across teams from different service areas. You'll be able to produce factual reports that highlight trends and key areas of improvement, and you'll use your commercial acumen to assist with budget management and planning.
