Responsive Repairs Planner 12 month FTC
Peabody
£30,500
Full-time
Description
Your typical day might begin by receiving job notifications, planning and scheduling the necessary resources for repairs, and managing operatives’ diaries to ensure a smooth workflow. You could then be liaising with residents and contractors, providing updates on job statuses, and ensuring that any additional works or material orders are processed efficiently. In the afternoon, you might be compiling KPI data, assisting with reporting on operational and financial performance, and proactively working to improve team processes and outcomes.
As a Responsive Repairs Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all responsive repair works are effectively scheduled and completed. You will work closely with managers, operatives, and subcontractors to plan resources and ensure a focus on first-time fix. Your responsibilities will include managing the operatives’ diaries, processing jobs through the work management system, and providing updates to customers to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
You’ll be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changes in duties, tasks, and locations. You will also contribute to the ongoing improvement of operational efficiency by analysing processes, contributing ideas, and meeting agreed targets and KPIs.
If you enjoy working in a team-oriented role that requires excellent planning and organisational skills and are committed to delivering a high standard of customer service, we would love to hear from you.
To be successful in this role, you will:
