About the Role
We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join a Learning Disabilities Reviews Team. This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience. The team undertakes high quality Care Act compliant reviews and re-assessments. A key aspect of this position is to use appropriate risk management and a multidisciplinary team approach when dealing with each individual service user. Advocating for service user independence when appropriate will be imperative, especially when presenting care needs at commissioning panels.

Experience
A minimum of three years experience working in an Adult's Social Work setting is essential for this position.

About you
The successful candidate will be a professional well versed in completing personalised care plans and re-assessing pre-existing plans in a timely manner. A valid UK driving licence and vehicle is essential for this role.

Qualifications
A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.
