What we’re looking for:
Do you have demonstrable experience of working within either a HR, payroll or rewards role?
Do you have experience of doing research, gathering data, analysis and the ability to build reports and present clear and simple insights and recommendations from this data?
Do you have strong organisation and planning skills and the ability to manage your own workload in a fast-paced environment?
Are you competent in using Excel and able to work with formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups, graphs and manipulate data?

Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Rewards & Benefits Administrator on a Permanent basis at our Westminster Bridge Road office.
A bit about the role:
In this newly created position as a Rewards & Benefits Administrator, you will deliver administrative activities related to rewards and benefits and provide coordination around projects. You will also support the Rewards Manager with providing market remuneration and benefit data and trends to support the annual pay review process and ad hoc benchmarking.
Support the project delivery of annual cycle of our flexible benefits scheme, including delivering roadshows, providing colleague Q&A and system support.
Provide day to day support of the flexible benefits scheme, supporting colleagues with any queries.
Support the annual pay review and bonus processes, providing guidance on the appropriate salary ranges, identifying particular hot spots / issues.
Maintain accurate and timely reward related reports provide comprehensive HR administration support for reward related activities.
Provide reward KPI’s, actively highlighting ways to improve customer and colleague experiences as well as performance.
You will be required to work in the Westminster Bridge Road office every Tuesday, and a second day in any Peabody office location including Westminster Bridge Road.
