About the Role
We are looking for a Safety Advisor to join the National Theatre's Safety team. The Safety Team works across the National Theatre to support departments in creating safe places to work while enabling creativity and operational excellence. As a Safety Advisor, you will work with managers, supervisors, project teams and contractors to provide practical advice on health, safety and fire matters across a wide range of activities. A significant part of the role involves supporting construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects, as well as helping maintain effective fire safety arrangements. You will build positive working relationships across the organisation, helping colleagues understand and manage risks, encouraging good safety practices and supporting continual improvement.

Experience
Proven experience providing practical health and safety advice in construction, facilities, entertainment or similar operational environments.
Experience supporting fire safety arrangements in the workplace.
Experience assisting with risk assessments, incident investigations and safety inspections.
Experience delivering basic health and safety training or toolbox talks.

Qualifications
