Description
The vacancy Your typical day could start with responding to emails and enquiries, ensuring you're providing a first-class service to customers. Then you might be liaising with solicitors or financial advisers on sales progressions for new build properties, along with contacting buyers and mortgage brokers to ensure plot sales are on track for exchange of contracts and completion dates. As a Sales Progression Specialist you'll be the 'face of Peabody' and no one day is the same. You'll be an integral part of the Sales Progression process, playing a crucial role in progressing the sale from reservation through to completion within our service level agreements, whilst ensuring all pre and post sales administrative tasks are complete and handed over to the relevant teams. You're a solutions-focused person who can work with minimal supervision and deliver quickly. You'll enjoy working collaboratively with other teams and you're first rate at building meaningful relationships across the business to enable you to find creative solutions to issues. You'll need to be in the Westminster Bridge Road office for two days per week and the remaining time you'll be able to work remotely. Your role covers all aspects of sales progression - everything from maintaining buyer records, checking sales contracts and contributing towards the annual Sales income target.
