About the Role
As a Salesforce Architect at Heathrow, you will join our Digital and Technology team, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, developers, and solution designers to deliver innovative Salesforce solutions. Your primary focus will be architecting and optimising Commerce Cloud and Order Management capabilities to support Heathrow's retail and service operations. You will define technical standards, ensure best practices, and guide the design of integrated solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Experience
Proven experience in Salesforce architecture, particularly with Commerce Cloud and Order Management. Demonstrated ability to define technical standards and deliver scalable, secure solutions in complex environments.
