About the Role
The Salesforce Developer role is critical to maintaining the operational support, administration, governance, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform, which supports key business functions including Client Services, Onboarding, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. You will be responsible for ensuring platform stability, security, user support, release management, and delivering enhancements that enable business growth and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include day-to-day Salesforce administration such as managing users, roles, profiles, permission sets, security controls, custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and approval processes. You will monitor platform health, data quality, and system performance, and support access provisioning and periodic access reviews.

Providing Level 2/Level 3 application support, troubleshooting system issues, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams to resolve production issues will be essential. You will support Salesforce releases, deployments, and platform upgrades, participate in testing and change assessments, and maintain release documentation.

Working closely with business stakeholders, you will gather and analyse requirements, translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions, and support the delivery of automation, workflow improvements, and CRM enhancements. You will also provide end-user guidance and training as needed.

Supporting audit, risk, compliance, and governance activities, maintaining documentation, process maps, and administration standards, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and Salesforce best practices are key governance responsibilities.

Continuous improvement is encouraged by identifying opportunities to enhance processes through Salesforce functionality and automation, supporting adoption of Salesforce AI and emerging platform capabilities, and contributing to the CRM roadmap and strategic initiatives.
