About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated School Facilities Manager at Lift Kingsley to ensure the school remains a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for students, staff, and visitors. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness, security, and health and safety across the premises. You will be responsible for opening and closing the school daily on a split shift pattern, including occasional evenings and weekends, acting as the principal key holder and responding to emergency call-outs as needed. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised individual who takes pride in keeping the school running smoothly.

The role is permanent and due to commence in April 2026.
Experience
Basic knowledge of building maintenance, repairs, and health & safety procedures is required. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
