About the Role
Are you passionate about safety and delivering a great customer experience? As a Security Supervisor with ISS, you will be at the forefront of creating a safe environment, protecting colleagues and customers' property, people, and assets by providing exemplary security operations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the safety and security of the site, its occupants, and visitors at all times; remaining vigilant to identify, assess, and report any suspicious behaviour or activity; preventing unauthorised access to restricted areas or the site as a whole; and maintaining full awareness of daily operations and events. You will build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers, clients, and colleagues while complying with all Health & Safety procedures and reporting any breaches or incidents immediately. The role requires working effectively both independently and as part of a team, adapting to site requirements, supervising on-site teams to maintain standards, performance, and compliance, and carrying out administrative and operational support tasks as directed by Operations and Duty Managers.

Experience
Previous security experience, ideally in a supervisory role.

About you
- A valid front-line security guarding, door supervision, or close protection SIA licence.
- Knowledge and experience with security systems and related technology.
- Great attention to detail and a consistent approach.
- A team player with good customer service skills.
- Willingness to enrol onto the relevant apprenticeship as part of training and development.

Qualifications
A valid SIA licence relevant to the role is required.
