A Membership Advisor is a field-based role responsible for managing your territory to deliver new members by selling a suite of business support services into the small business sector. Key responsibilities include driving new member acquisition to achieve quarterly sales targets, developing and executing territory plans through strategic relationship building, maximising revenue via upselling and cross-selling, effectively managing the sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and efficient lead follow-up.
Experience
Proven sales record with demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, including new business acquisition and account management.
About you
Strong understanding of the SME sector and its unique challenges. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Self-motivated, results-oriented, resilient, and sales-focused with a positive attitude. Full UK driving license is required.
Qualifications
Experience using Salesforce CRM or a similar platform is essential. No formal qualifications specified, but a proven track record in sales and relationship management is critical.
