A Membership Advisor is a field-based role within a dynamic organisation selling a suite of business support services to the small business sector. You will manage your territory to deliver new members and achieve quarterly sales targets. Key responsibilities include driving new member acquisition, developing and executing territory plans, maximising revenue through upselling and cross-selling, utilising Salesforce CRM to manage your sales pipeline, and collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and efficient lead follow-up.
Experience
- Proven sales record with demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Experience in new business acquisition and account management
About you
- Strong understanding of the SME sector and its unique challenges
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, resilient, and positive attitude
- Full UK driving license
Qualifications
- CRM proficiency, preferably with Salesforce or similar platforms
