As a Membership Advisor, you will be field-based, responsible for managing your territory to deliver new members by selling a suite of business support services into the small business sector. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving new member acquisition to achieve quarterly sales targets within your assigned territory
- Developing and executing territory plans by identifying and targeting potential members through strategic planning and relationship building with key decision-makers
- Maximising revenue by proactively identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities with new and existing members
- Utilising Salesforce CRM to effectively manage the sales pipeline through lead generation, referrals, and conversions
- Collaborating effectively with internal teams, including the field-based development management team, to ensure excellent customer service and efficient lead follow-up
Experience
- Proven sales record with demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Experience in new business acquisition and account management
About you
- Strong understanding of the SME sector and its unique challenges
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, resilient, and sales-focused mindset with a positive attitude
- Full UK driving license
Qualifications
- Experience using Salesforce CRM or a similar platform is required
- No formal qualifications specified, but a proven track record in sales and relationship management is essential
