As a field-based Membership Advisor, you will join a dynamic organisation selling a suite of business support services into the small business sector. You will manage your territory to deliver new members and achieve quarterly sales targets. Your responsibilities will include driving new member acquisition, developing and executing territory plans, maximising revenue through upselling and cross-selling, effectively managing your sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and efficient lead follow-up.
Experience
- Proven sales record with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Experience in new business acquisition and account management
About you
- Strong understanding of the SME sector and its unique challenges
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, resilient, and sales-focused mindset
- Full UK driving license
Qualifications
- CRM proficiency, preferably with Salesforce or a similar platform
