We work with some of the world’s most iconic properties and brands to create unforgettable live events.
As Senior Account/Event Manager, you will be a key member of our Client Services team, managing and delivering extensive signage and branding projects primarily for live Golf events. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning through to on-site delivery, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include acting as the central senior contact for clients, creating detailed project plans and budgets, managing complex logistics, coordinating internal teams, and leading on-site operations. You will also provide line management to team members, uphold Health and Safety standards, monitor contract compliance, and build strong client relationships to support business growth.
In addition, you will champion sustainability initiatives by integrating environmentally friendly products and processes into project delivery. This role requires a proactive, strategic, and collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality live events.
Experience
- Proven experience managing the design, production, and installation of large temporary event structures such as grandstands, marquees, and scaffolding, preferably within live Golf events.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of operational planning and delivery under challenging timeframes.
- Experience managing budgets, cost control, and financial oversight of projects and client accounts.
- Demonstrated ability in relationship management, negotiation, and influencing decision-making.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams, including remote and multi-location groups.
