About the Role
THE·TEAM is a global leader in representation and marketing services, delivering branding, signage, custom fabrication, live event production, and experiential operations across sports, music, entertainment, and culture. As a Senior Experiential Event Executive within our Brand Experience Division at LIVE·TEAM, you will work across multiple established brands both in and out of sport. This varied role involves planning and delivering events from start to finish, ensuring best-in-class brand experiences for our clients. You will manage relationships with suppliers, clients, and partners, support project scoping, budgeting, and proposal development, and provide administrative support to account leads. Your responsibilities include efficient meeting management, ownership of project timelines, coordination of staffing and production suppliers, financial account assistance, event activation including venue sourcing and on-site support, delivering compelling presentations, and producing post-event reports and case studies. You will foster strong internal and client relationships, draw on LIVE·TEAM expertise to optimize account quality, lead by example to maintain high standards, and proactively seek opportunities to grow accounts by championing LIVE·TEAM services.
Experience
- Experiential and live events experience, both in planning and on-site, is preferred
- Financial and budget management experience is preferred but not essential
