About the Role
THE·TEAM is a global leader in representation and marketing services across 28 countries and more than 70 cities, specializing in live event production, branding, signage, custom fabrication, and experiential operations within sports, music, entertainment, and culture. The Senior Experiential Event Manager role sits within the Brand Experience Division, managing a key Supermarket brand to deliver multiple nationwide experiences. As a senior team member, you will lead end-to-end project planning including strategy, client presentations, budgeting, feasibility, and event management, ensuring best-in-class brand experiences. This is a 12-month maternity cover contract with hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage senior client relationships and day-to-day client communications. Maintain clear reporting internally and externally with all relevant stakeholders. Understand and develop client project briefs, contributing strategic and creative input. Lead brainstorms and shape ideas using industry knowledge. Deliver compelling presentations with strong content and narrative. Manage projects ensuring systems and procedures are correctly structured. Oversee project delivery including on-site activations, budget management, and administration. Control client budgets including pricing, profit, approvals, and payments. Manage venue selection and bookings, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and THE·TEAM’s processes. Coordinate staffing partners, production suppliers, and third parties. Develop and manage project timelines, reports, job sheets, and schedules. Ensure contract terms are met and high-quality service is delivered against KPIs. Set KPIs and evaluate campaigns with key learnings and case studies. Identify and develop additional business opportunities within the client account. Lead by example, setting standards and ensuring best practices. Line manage an Account Executive providing guidance and development. Foster strong internal and client team relationships and leverage THE·TEAM’s wider expertise. Proactively identify incremental business opportunities and promote THE·TEAM’s services to grow the account.

Requirements

Experience
- Extensive experiential and live events experience, both in planning and on-site delivery.
- Proven account management skills.
- Strong planning and project management capabilities.
- Ability to influence decision-making within both agency and client organizations.
- Experience managing multiple activations with tight deadlines.
- Skilled at resolving unforeseen issues quickly and effectively.
- Negotiation skills and financial/budget management expertise.
- Proficient in delivering presentations, both written and verbal, including Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate forward-thinking experiential ideas.

Qualifications
