About the Role
THE·TEAM is a global agency providing representation and marketing services to talent, brands, and properties across 28 countries and more than 70 cities worldwide. Rooted in the unifying power of sports, music, and entertainment, THE·TEAM leads with intelligence, ideas, and influence. We are on a relentless mission to create an inspiring workplace with a standout culture, driven by extraordinary People activity. We seek game changers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to get stuck in.

As a Recruiter reporting to the Director, Recruitment for EMEA and APAC, you will play a key role in the end-to-end recruitment process for EMEA-based roles, working closely with the broader People team. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

Your main responsibilities will include full cycle recruitment of junior to mid-level roles across the business, focusing on Music Talent and Corporate functions. You will manage everything from initial role briefing, sourcing and shortlisting CVs, interviewing candidates, to negotiating offers across multiple vacancies simultaneously. You will partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, provide guidance on interview processes, and coach on recruitment best practices.

You will strategically source diverse talent pools using LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing tools, ensuring all candidates and stakeholders receive a first-class experience throughout the recruitment process. Acting as an ambassador for THE·TEAM, you will embody our company values and culture when engaging with potential candidates.

Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining diverse talent pipelines for key and hard-to-fill roles, maintaining the ATS (Workday) to keep candidate and live role data up to date, partnering with key stakeholders for priority role planning and internal talent pipelines, and collaborating with the wider People team on candidate onboarding and recruitment strategy.

- Creative and resourceful in sourcing new, diverse talent.
- Able to deliver a standout candidate experience and act as a positive ambassador for the company culture.
